Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Yumi Connect. If something isn’t right, here’s exactly what we’ll do.
1. Starter (₹499 one-time)
Full refund within 7 days of purchase, on these conditions:
- You haven’t shared your card link publicly (no QR printed, no link posted to social media, no email blast).
- You raise the request from the email you signed up with.
After 7 days, or once your card has been shared, Starter is non-refundable.
2. AR + Video (₹1,499 one-time setup)
Full refund within 7 days on the same conditions as Starter (no live distribution of the card link or printed QR). After that, the setup work is considered delivered and non-refundable.
3. CRM (₹4,999/year)
The CRM plan is the only yearly piece. You can cancel any time:
- If you cancel within 7 days of the first activation and haven’t added more than 10 leads to the board, we issue a full refund.
- After that, we prorate the unused months. Example: cancel at month 4 of 12, and ₹3,332 (8/12) is refunded.
- Your card and any one-time features you bought stay live; only the CRM lead-board features pause.
4. Custom-domain add-ons
- Connect your own domain (₹199 one-time) — refundable within 7 days if SSL hasn’t been provisioned yet. Non-refundable after SSL is issued (one-time fee).
- We register a custom domain for you (₹1,299/yr) — once a domain is registered with a registrar in your name, the registration fee is non-refundable (registrars charge us upfront). The hosting/management portion prorates if you cancel later.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@yumi.appfrom the address you signed up with, with the subject “Refund request — [plan name]”. We confirm within 2 working days and process the refund within 7 working days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
We’d much rather resolve issues directly than via a chargeback. If you raise a chargeback without contacting us first, your account is suspended until the dispute is resolved.
7. Exceptions
We don’t issue refunds for:
- Concierge / Done-for-you work that has already been started (we’ll quote the per-stage refund at the start).
- Tax (GST) component, where the GST authority has already been settled with.
